这种定位方式和钢制卷闸门的差不多,优点是速度快,对控制器要求低。

我们常乘的升降电梯都是用旋转编码器定位的,这种方式的好处是定位准,以分辨率为1024的编码器为例,3米高的门分成将近9000个点,理论上精确度可以达到0.3mm,高度设定简略,有的计划的快速卷帘门控制系统只有一个按键便可以任意设置高度,这个很实用,如果只过人,高度设到2米就足够了,避免徒劳的敞开,如有叉车等高大的物体通过,则重设一下高度就可以了。

缺点是旋转编码器本身价格较高,属精密部件比较娇贵,而且需要和PLC程序配合应用,以是控制系统造价偏高。
