无尘车间在应用过程中应注意如下问题：

1、注意控制污染源，主要是由人和进入无尘车间的物品带入，以及生成过程中发生的尘粒，前者可以应用风淋室解决，后者可能需要在生成工艺上解决。

2、人进入路线和物进入路线要通过有快速门的风淋室和货淋室。人员在进车间前沐浴更衣，着装应用符合清洁标准;物料在进车间前更换包装吹淋，确保清洁度符合要求。
